We own a small vacation property and have worked with L'APOGEE IMMOBILIER UZES to make it available as a vacation rental for over a year now. In general, we're pleased with this company, but we have noticed areas that could improve:Pros- They have a beautiful office with friendly people- A representative is available to work with English-speaking clients- They seem knowledgeable- They are reliable- They are proactive in assessing what needs to happen, and then seeing that tasks get done (such as arranging for cleaning and plumbling repairs)Cons- It takes them a long long time to respond to messages. Sometimes they don't respond at all- They don't seem to have a plan to publicize vacation rentals other than on their web site- Their website doesn't include an availability calendar for a property- They can take up to two months to reconcile rental payments to proprietorsAs noted, in general, we're happy with this company (we have to be, because our choices are limited!), but we do wish they'd make improvements in response time and publicity.
